Role of cosmetic and skin care in woman health
Cosmodermatology has emerged as a cutting edge technology in skin care and cosmetic procedures. Our skin is the most visible organ of the body. Our consultant is available to discuss your specific dermatological needs, and design a treatment plan for your benefit.

5. Physiotherapy for antenatal and postnatal mothers
Role of physiotherapy in woman’s health
Physiotherapy is a boon to woman’s health and encompasses a broad spectrum of issues that can improve the reproductive health of women. It can help relieve backpain in pregnancy (gentle exercises), pelvic pain, incontinence (stress, urge) (Kegel exercises), prenatal and postnatal exercises following caesarean and vaginal delivery, pre and post surgical cases, joint pain, arthritis and post fracture stiffness.

6. Dental health
Role of oral health
Hormonal changes occur throughout a woman’s life. During certain stages, she may have special oral health needs. Woman’s dental health may be affected by puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, menopause and oral contraceptives.

How can women help avoid oral conditions associated with hormone changes/fluctuations?
1. Maintain good daily oral care by brushing twice daily
2. Have your teeth professionally cleaned by your dentist every six months
3. Discuss with your dental hygienist any questions you may have as a woman about your oral health care.

Good oral care, regular dental visits combined with a good nutrition can allow a woman keep her teeth for a lifetime.
